"I have always enjoyed real estate and taking properties that are in need of rehab and repair and seeing them turn out better and make a wonderful family home. After spending ten years rehabbing homes, I wanted to extend my real estate knowledge to help others find their dream home."

Pam has been a licensed real estate agent for 3 years. For 10+ years, she and her husband have remodeled homes and managed rental properties. Pam loves getting to see all kinds of properties and match the perfect home with each client. Being able to get to know the buyer, their goals, and help them through the home buying process brings her a great sense of joy. Most people don't buy homes but a few times in their life. Pam enjoys using her expertise to help them through such a big decision and navigating the process.

Pam was born and raised in Boone County. She loves the small town, close-knit community feel where people still find a way to help others and has always felt a sense of belonging and the ability to be a part of a great community. One thing she loves about Boone County is being close to major cities for access to great restaurants and activities, yet far enough away from the busyness that large cities bring. 

Outside of real estate, Pam and her husband, Chris, have raised their family of five children in Boone County - Knox, Lexi, Gabi, Caroline, and JC. As a family, they love traveling to the beach and usually do each Christmas. In 2023, they welcomed their granddaughter, Maren.
